Marte Community In Borno Falls To Boko Haram —

Marte Community In Borno Falls To Boko Haram

Marte Community In Borno Falls To Boko Haram

Boko Haram members have captured Marte town in Borno town.

Confirming the new development to newsmen today in Borno state, the deputy governor of the state Alhaji Zannah Mustapha expressed sadness and revealed that there are reports that the sect group had released about 600 female suicide bombers into the state to carry out various attacks.

He however appealed to the residents of the state to be patent with the military.

“It is sad as we have been made to understand that Marte is today (Friday) completely fallen under the control of the insurgents, which to us is a very huge setback.

It is unfortunate that we are experiencing yet another attack in Maiduguri at this time that we are thinking that the insurgency should have subsided, following the taking over of Sambisa Forest by the military.

Our thinking was that every other place should have been blocked so that the insurgency would be contained in a restricted area.

But that has not been the case, because the insurgents have been fleeing to other communities.

Initially, we were opposed to the suggestion made by the military, but when we received a security report that about 600 women have been kitted as suicide bombers and are to be sneaked into Maiduguri during the attack, couple with the gory pictures of some of the women, who detonated themselves during the attack, we had no option than to okay the curfew.

But the curfew has been relaxed from noon to about 5pm to ease the hardship and afterwards it may be reviewed.

Our government is going to do everything humanly possible by supporting the military to see that Maiduguri and other secured parts of Borno State is not attacked or taken over by the insurgents.

We want people to be patient with the government and the security; though 90 per cent of our communities have been liberated but the war is not over yet.

We though all is over as we were even trying to fight for the reopening of the airport, which was almost okayed by the National Security Adviser before we heard about the attack on Maiduguri.

It was indeed a huge setback for us in Borno State.”he said

All You Need To Know About Appendicitis — May 12, 2015

All You Need To Know About Appendicitis

Appendicitis is an inflammation of the appendix, a piece of tube-like of tissue that extends from the large intestine. No one is absolutely certain what the function of the appendix is. One thing we do know: We can live without it, without apparent consequences.
Appendicitis is a medical emergency that requires prompt surgery to remove the appendix. If left untreated, an inflamed appendix will eventually burst, or perforate, spilling infectious materials into the abdominal cavity. This can lead to peritonitis, a serious inflammation of the abdominal cavity’s lining (the peritoneum) that can be fatal unless it is treated quickly with strong antibiotics
Sometimes a pus-filled abscess (infection that is walled off from the rest of the body) forms outside the inflamed appendix. Scar tissue then “walls off” the appendix from the rest of the abdomen, preventing infection from spreading. An abscessed appendix is a less urgent situation, but unfortunately, it can’t be identified without surgery. For this reason, all cases of appendicitis are treated as emergencies, requiring surgery. Appendicitis is most common between ages 10 and 30.
What Causes Appendicitis?
Appendicitis occurs when the appendix becomes blocked, often by stool, a foreign body, or cancer. Blockage may also occur from infection, since the appendix swells in response to any infection in the body.
Symptoms of Appendicitis?
The classic symptoms of appendicitis include:
*.Dull pain near the navel or the upper abdomen that becomes sharp as it moves to the lower right abdomen. This is usually the first sign.
*.Loss of appetite
*.Nausea and/or vomiting soon after abdominal pain begins
*.Abdominal swelling
*.Fever of 99-102 degrees Fahrenheit
*.Inability to pass gas
Almost half the time, other symptoms of appendicitis appear, including:
*.Dull or sharp pain anywhere in the upper or lower abdomen, back, or rectum
*.Painful urination
*.Vomiting that precedes the abdominal pain
*.Severe cramps
*.Constipation or diarrhoea with gas
If you have any of the mentioned symptoms, seek medical attention immediately, because timely diagnosis and treatment is very important. Do not eat, drink, or use any pain remedies, antacids, laxatives, or heating pads, which can cause an inflamed appendix to rupture.
Diagnosis
Diagnosing appendicitis can be tricky. Symptoms of appendicitis are frequently vague or extremely similar to other ailments, including gallbladder problems, bladder or urinary tract infection, Crohn’s disease, gastritis, intestinal infection, and ovary problems.
The following tests are usually used to make the diagnosis:
*.Abdominal examination to detect inflammation
*.Urine test to rule out a urinary tract infection
*.Rectal exam
*.Blood test to see if your body is fighting infection
*.CT scans and/or ultrasound
How Is Appendicitis Treated?
Surgery to remove the appendix, which is called anAPPENDECTOMY, is the standard treatment for appendicitis.
Generally, if appendicitis is suspected, doctors tend to err on the side of safety and quickly remove the appendix to avoid its rupture. If the appendix has formed an abscess, you may have two procedures: one to drain the abscess of pus and fluid, and a later one to remove the appendix. However, there is some research showing that treatment of acute appendicitis with antibiotics may eliminate the need for surgery.
Appendectomy: Expectations
Antibiotics are given before an appendectomy to fight possible peritonitis. General anaesthesia is usually given, and the appendix is removed through a 4-inch incision or by laparoscopy. If you have peritonitis, the abdomen is also irrigated and drained of pus.
Within 12 hours of surgery you may get up and move around. You can usually return to normal activities in two to three weeks. If surgery is done with a laparoscope (a thin telescope-like instrument for viewing inside the abdomen), the incision is smaller and recovery is faster.
After an appendectomy, call your doctor if you have:
*.Uncontrolled vomiting
*.Increased pain in your abdomen
*.Dizziness/feelings of faintness
*.Blood in your vomit or urine
*.Increased pain and redness in your incision
*.Fever
*.Pus in the wound
Can Appendicitis Be Prevented?
There is no way to prevent appendicitis. However, appendicitis is less common in people who eat foods high in fibre, such as fresh fruits and vegetables.
Stay Healthy!

Two Nigerians Sent To 12 years In Prison In Vietnam For Email Fraud —

Two Nigerians Sent To 12 years In Prison In Vietnam For Email Fraud

A Vietnamese court has sentenced two Nigerian men, Christian Nnadike, 34, and Collins Deke, 37, to 12 years each in a Vietnam prison for hacking into emails of local companies, contact the company’s foreign partners and swindle them of their money.
The men along with a Vietnamese female accomplice, Le Thi Kim Quyen, 35, who was sentenced to 15 years in prison and another Nigerian, de facto husband of the Vietnamese lady, Mark Mamado Abdallah, 39, who is currently at large, ran a scamming syndicate in Vietnam.
At the court hearing which took play in April, the men and their accomplice were also found guilty of another fraud scheme in which they pretended to be a British friend of two Vietnamese women on Facebook and asked them to send money as shipping fees to receive gifts.
According to prosecutors, the group defrauded many unsuspecting victims of over VND3.3 billion (US$150,000) between April and August 2013.
Most of this came from the email hacking scheme.
Prosecutors said over the four months, the vietnamese woman, Quyen and her Nigerian husband, Abdallah hacked into the emails of several Vietnamese companies doing business with foreign companies.
They gave the information to Nnadikwe and then Deke, who would later transfer it to another Nigerian man living in Malaysia.
The unknown man in Malaysia then used the compromised email accounts to contact the victims’ foreign partners, asking them to send payments to a bank account opened by Quyen and Abdallah

Some people actually have the notion that watching pornography makes their sex lives and personal lives much more better which is a wrong one, because people who watch porn always become addicted with time. Some people actually have the notion that watching pornography makes their sex lives and personal lives much more better which is a wrong one, because people who watch porn always become addicted with time. It could destroy your life, personal health and any relationship you are hoping to build with someone you like. August McLaughlin of Huffington Postlists 6 ways you can keep porn from interfering with your health and happiness.

Treat it like fast food.I don’t mean gobble it down with soda — I’m talking healthy frequency. Like fast food, porn is designed to be highly stimulating, convenient and, arguably, addictive. Just as a diet of namely fast food can reduce your taste for nutritious fare, watching porn routinely could lower your ability to enjoy natural sexual intimacy. If you want to use porn, make it a treat, not a staple. If you can’t, see #6.
*.
Choose your turn-ons wisely. What we focus on during arousal creates pathways and patterns in the brain, says neuroscientist and author of Wired for Intimacy Dr. William Struthers. In other words, we can choose what turns us on. Consistent use could make porn the only thing that arouses you. Have sex without thinking about or viewing porn most often. If you want to be turned on by your partner, fantasize about him or her. That little thing called imagination? So important.
*.
Know the difference between porn and reality. If mainstream, hardcore porn mirrored real-world sex, we’d all naturally crave anal sex and gang bangs, and women would squirt with every climax. (Just ask Cindy Gallop, the creator and CEO of Make Love Not Porn.) Recognize the differences between porn and real sex. Maintain realistic standardsKnow your personality. If you have an addictive personality or high sex drive, take added caution with porn. Recent research published in JAMA Psychiatry shows that these factors increase your risk for dependency. Invest your compulsiveness into healthier ventures, such as pursuing your life passions and cultivating intimacy with your partner.
*.
When in doubt, leave it out.Even if you aren’t experiencing obvious problems due to porn, it could be zapping your enjoyment of sex, according to a recent Archives of Sexual Behavior study. If you’re not sure how your porn habits are affecting you, give it up for a while. If a break seems daunting, you may want to start one pronto.
*.
If it’s problematic, seek help.Like most addictions, porn dependency instills shame, which keeps many sufferers from getting help. Whether you’re grappling with addiction or milder problems you can’t seem to manage, seek support from a qualified expert — not someone who buys into the “boys will be boys” mentality. Women are susceptible to porn addiction, too, and accepting any hurtful behavior as “normal” won’t help

3 things to consider before penis enlargement —

3 things to consider before penis enlargement

Too many men are in the quest to get larger penises and it is not surprising.
For most men, the performance in the bedroom is tied to the size of the penis, and they then feel insufficient and inferior when they rightly or wrongly assume they have a small penis.
It has cause many men to take desperate measures to get sex, leading to irreversible injuries in some situations.
Well, if you are one of those that want it bigger, you just might need toread this before trying anything funny:-Natural penile enlargement drugs are 99% fake/dangerous.Many of the drugs sold on the internet for penile enlargement actually contain some harmful ingredients that can give you serious problems. Some are not dangerous but will not do what they are advertised to do, a spoof meant to steal your money. In either case, you lose because a small penis is better than a damaged one.
*.
Surgery work but is not a first choice.Doctors can surgically give you a larger penis. But this is only needed where you actually have a micro-penis. Otherwise, please, don’t g rushing to the doctors because the risks are great. You might lose its function entirely.
*.
Some technique for penile enlargement can lead to permanent damage.A search on Google will lead you to many people who suffered bizarre, permanent damage that excludes them from sex forever. So look before you leapYou may have a grower penis.Sometimes, you think you have a small penis but you actually have a grower penis. A grower penis is one that looks small before erection but becomes very large on stimulation.
*.
Having a larger penis doesn’t guarantee better performance.Just as a trailer may not be perform better than a Ferrari beyond carrying more weight; a big penis may not outdo a small one. For many women, its skill over size.
In conclusion, you should know that men who know how to use their organ well, no matter the size, often please women better.
Also, being able to use foreplay techniques, including oral sex, will help you be better in bed.
So be careful as you go running after a larger penis

Corpse Left At General Hospital Until It Began To Stink In Lagos State —

Corpse Left At General Hospital Until It Began To Stink In Lagos State

Corpse Left At General Hospital Until It Began To Stink In Lagos State
Foul odour emanating from a decomposing corpse at the Accident and Emergency Clinic, Orile-Agege General Hospital, Lagos, on Monday, prevented medical workers from attending to patients at the clinic and wards attached to it.
Patients were treated outside a large shed where new patients queued to collect cards before they were eventually taken to different wards for further attention.
When Punch visited the hospital on Monday morning, the doors of the clinic, which is located close to the Pharmacy Unit, had been locked and a male ward attendant in purple uniform was seen mopping the lobby with disinfectant.
The nurses evicted from their station were also seen shouting at people not to open the door.
A patient who was relocated to the Surgery Ward said it took hospital officials more than two hours to evacuate the corpse.
“I came in here around 5am and there was no power supply at the time. The generator was also not working at the time, but there was no odour.
I was already on a drip inside the ward when this foul odour hit the ward.
In a matter of minutes, we were all asked to leave the ward. My drip was detached and condemned by the nurses.
“We were all taken outside and we sat on the benches by the Pharmacy Unit. It took them more than two hours to decide what to do with the corpse.
I was later dispatched to the Surgery Ward, while others were taken to the Casualty Ward,” he said.
When contacted, the Medical Director, Dr. Afusat Tijani, refused to talk to Punch. “I am not allowed to talk to the press,” she simply said.
However, a source who did not want to be quoted because of civil service rule said the corpse was ‘a coroner’s case.’ The source denied that the corpse had been left unattended for three days.
“What happened was that the State Environmental Health Monitoring Unit was supposed to have evacuated the corpse, but they said they did not have fuel to get here.
The corpse was a coroner case and there was nothing we could have done. SEHMU only came to pick the corpse this morning.

I Hope Mama Patience Won’t Divorce Me – Jonathan Cries Out President Goodluck —

I Hope Mama Patience Won’t Divorce Me – Jonathan Cries Out President Goodluck

I Hope Mama Patience Won’t Divorce Me – Jonathan Cries Out
President Goodluck Jonathan made this statement at his Thanksgiving and Farewell Service today, May 10, 2015 in Aso Rock, Abuja.
Jonathan said he hope his wife, Patience Jonathan won’t divorce him. According to Vanguard, GEJ said, “I believe there are reasons for everything.
Some hard decisions have their own cost. Some people come to me and say this or that person, is he not your friend? Is it not your government that this person benefited from? But this is what the person is saying.
But I used to say, worse statements will come. If you take certain decisions, you should know that those close to you will even abandon you at some point. And I tell them that more of my so-called friends will disappear.
When F.W de Klerk took the decision to abolish minority rule in RSA, even his wife divorced him. I hope my wife will not divorce me. But that is the only decision that has made RSA to still remain a global player. If we still had minority rule there, by this time, nobody will be talking about RSA.
If you take certain decisions, it might be good for the generality of the people but it might affect people differently. So for ministers and aides who served with me, I sympathize with them, they will be persecuted. And they must be ready for that persecution”
